  • Managed a team of 6 contractors including 3 engineers, product, design, and marketing to develop a product roadmap, data roadmap and go to market strategies for MVP development. Worked closely with engineers to make decisions on feature prioritization and trade-offs.

  • Interviewed over 100+ mental health professionals and hired 5 clinical advisory board members, composed of psychologist and psychiatrist TedX speakers and best-selling authors to inform product strategy and product market fit.

  • Designed and oversaw creation of a custom plug-in to capture cross-platform audio/video, transcribe with >85% accuracy, generate smart summaries and sentiment analysis and send data to user web app leveraging industry leading LLMs such as OpenAI and Assembly AI.

  • Decreased data center inventory footprint by >$1B by decreasing commodity write-off and increasing end of life value extraction resulting in ~$10M+ saved in inefficient procurement + deployment.

  • Reduced FTE hours by 95% with automated Sales & Use tax reconciliation and VAT compliance process by connecting 40+ disparate internal and external sources and creating traceable audit trail.

  • Created new market expansion recommendations with custom dashboard for energy opportunities considering infrastructure, regulatory and geopolitical inputs.

  • Developed fully OECD ‘arms length’ compliant automated transfer pricing and customs valuation model to decide on variable internal entity sales price which maximized Tesla margins in tax-incentivized locations while remaining compliant with an automatically generated audit trail.
